Tocal's excellent accommodation, catering, education and meeting spaces make it an ideal venue for conferences, seminars and training. The Campus is located on 2,200 hectares in a tranquil rural setting within easy reach of Maitland, Newcastle and the attractions of the Hunter Valley.

Hayshed Function Centre

The Hayshed Function Centre is one of our carefully restored heritage buildings situated in the Homestead precinct of Tocal, surrounded by a fine collection of colonial buildings. The function centre has plenty of space including a mezzanine area for groups to break out and team build. Groups are also invited to do a tour of the beautiful original Homestead or take a walk through the grounds to see our other buildings, our wetlands, our heritage spotted pigs, our orchard and our gardens. Bookings can be made through Tocal Homestead, and groups using the Hayshed Function Centre will be catered by Sprout catering.
