Publication details

Bosley is a steer raised on Tocal. Bruce is a lecturer at Tocal College which is located on the Tocal property where Bosley was born. Together Bosley and Bruce have taught many students and visitors about farming beef cattle and about caring for livestock.

Bosley is one of the icons of Tocal, since Bruce West recognised that what Bosley lacked in muscle he made up for in temperament. This new children's book is about Bosley and Bruce. It's short, sweet, and a great way to introduce young kids to farming.

This book is one of a series of stories aimed at developing agricultural understanding in young students, as well as an appreciation of the work involved in producing food and fibre on Australian farms. The other title in this growing series is Charlotte.
