This course focuses on the process of developing a property management plan, including a map and written management strategies.

The course aims to develop knowledge and skills in:
  • determining directions for the business
  • auditing the natural resources and infrastructure of a property, and developing management strategies to address issues
  • monitoring legal requirements impacting on the management of the property
  • reviewing a farm plan.

Students must have:

  • access to a farm enterprise to complete assessment tasks
  • Australian citizenship, permanent residency or New Zealand citizenship
  • adequate language, literacy and numeracy skills to complete the course
  • basic to intermediate computing skills, and reliable internet speed.
