The CB Alexander Foundation is currently seeking expressions of interest for two new members to join its Board. These vacancies exist due to the expiry of sitting terms. The Foundation’s mandate is to promote and advance agricultural education; to improve Tocal College and its assets; and to provide student scholarships and financial assistance. Members are custodians for the Foundation’s assets, including cultural heritage, financial and farmland.

To be successful for the voluntary role with no sitting fees you will:

  • be passionate about agricultural education and training, and the future of agriculture
  • have executive level skills, with experience in governance, boards and/or agriculture
  • have an interest in heritage and its preservation and interpretation
  • be available to participate in three meetings a year (generally held during business hours).

Please note that the Minister for Agriculture and Western NSW appoints members on the basis of a recommendation from a selection panel.
