About this course

Safer than a quad bike, but still carrying its own risks, the side by side is becoming the “go to” vehicle for many jobs on the farm. This one-day course at Tocal will help you get the most from your side by side.

The course aims to develop knowledge and skills in:
  • preparing a side by side utility vehicle for use
  • operating a side by side utility vehicle
  • side by side utility vehicle shut-down procedures.

Participants must be 16 years old or over.

This course is mapped to the national unit of competency AHCMOM216 Operate side by side utility vehicles.
