  • Understanding of Performance management

Day 1

  • Develop knowledge of Perfomance Management
  • Understanding the principles of  Monitoring, Evaluation and reporting
  • Introduction to Program Logic

Day 2

  • Using Program Logic to develop projects and MERI
  • Setting and revising outcomes
  • Developing monitoring systems
  • Strategic evaluation
  • Reflection and improvement

  • Participants are provided with a course manuals and workbooks.
  • This course is delivered indoors.

There are no entry requirements for this course.
